Day 1: Cyberpunk City
Jiefangbei CBD (解放碑)
The Times Square of Chongqing. The Liberation Monument is the city's spiritual center.

Hongya Cave (Hongyadong) (洪崖洞)
A stilt-house complex built on a cliff. Looks exactly like the bathhouse in Spirited Away at night.

Raffles City (The Crystal) (来福士)
A massive 'horizontal skyscraper' bridge connecting four towers.
Day 2: Wulong Karst Day Trip
Three Natural Bridges (天生三桥)
Filming location for *Curse of the Golden Flower* and *Transformers*. Looking up, massive stone bridges span the sky; looking down, deep canyons await. The visual impact is incredibly strong.
Tianfu Official Post Station (天福官驿)
An ancient post station hidden inside a giant sinkhole (tiankeng) with blue tiles and gray walls. It is the landmark building of the scenic area. It is recommended to climb up the stairs to get a bird's-eye view for the best photo angle.
Longshuixia Fissure (地缝)
A deep crack in the earth extending far underground. The journey is accompanied by the sound of rushing water, wet plank roads, and numerous waterfalls, giving a thrilling "Journey to the Center of the Earth" vibe.
Day 3: Magic Transport
Liziba Station (李子坝站)
The famous light rail station located *inside* a residential apartment building (Line 2).

Yangtze River Cableway (长江索道)
Fly across the Yangtze River in an old-school cable car.
Eling Park (鹅岭公园)
A hipster arts district in an old money printing factory. Great views of the city.

Eighteen Stairs (十八梯)
A historic stone staircase connecting Chongqing's "Upper City" and "Lower City." Recently restored, it preserves the traditional architectural style and old memories of the city. Great for a night stroll and photos.

Day 4: Old Town
Ciqikou Ancient Town (磁器口古镇)
Ancient porcelain port town. Crowded but full of snacks and tea houses.

3. Transportation
Arrival
- Air:
Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG). Line 10 (Express): The fastest route. Take it from T2 or T3 to Hongtudi Station, then transfer to Line 6 to reach Xiaoshizi (Jiefangbei). Line 3 (Monorail): Slower and more scenic, but crowded. Connects T2 directly to the city.Check flights via

Chongqing North is best. Take Line 10 to Zengjiayan, then Line 2 to Linjiangmen (Jiefangbei). Shapingba is the second-best option.Check trains via
The "8D" Navigation
- Maps: Often confusing. 1st floor of one building might be the 11th of another. Ask locals.
- Metro/Monorail: Best way to get around. Taxis get stuck in traffic.
- Walking: Be prepared to climb many stairs.
4. Where to Stay
Jiefangbei CBD (解放碑)
Most central, close to food and Hongyadong.
Nanbin (南滨路)
Across the river, offers the best view of the skyline.

- Elevators: If you see a button for the 1st floor and you are on the 10th, you might walk out onto a street on the 10th floor too.
- Spice Tolerance: Bring stomach medicine if you are not used to heavy chili oil.
